Products, quantities and prices

Check the selected size, material, color, pack or carton quantity, and price unit on each product page. A quantity of one may represent a pack or carton rather than one individual item. Product-specific minimums and checkout requirements apply as displayed. Taxes, shipping and other applicable charges are shown or confirmed before payment. Availability and pricing may change; if an error affects your order, we will contact you to resolve it before proceeding.

Orders and payments

Provide accurate contact, billing and delivery information. Use only payment methods you are authorized to use. An automated order acknowledgment confirms receipt of your request; stock, payment and fulfillment details may still require verification. Please contact us promptly if an order detail needs correction. Do not email card numbers or account passwords.

Custom printed bags and quotes

Online previews and estimates support a quote request and are not a final production proof or payment confirmation. Final artwork, quantity, print colors, setup charges, shipping and timing must be confirmed for the order before payment and production. You must have permission to use any logo or artwork you supply. Ask about cancellation or change options before approving a custom order, as work already performed may affect those options.

Shipping and delivery

Delivery timing depends on product availability, order preparation, destination and carrier service. Estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates unless expressly agreed. Confirm freight and receiving requirements for large or pallet orders with us before payment. Report missing, incorrect or damaged items promptly with your order number and photos where useful, and keep packaging while the issue is reviewed.

Cancellations, returns and order problems

Contact GN Packing before returning goods or requesting an order change. We will review the product, order status, condition and reason for the request and provide applicable instructions and options. Any order-specific return conditions should be confirmed before purchase. This page does not limit rights or remedies available under applicable law.
